Hi Binary Snake!
Once upon-a-time, a long time ago we use to inculde an emulator in with our SDK. Unfortuneately, this emulator was built for the first couple of versions of AMT (1,2) and is now so outdated that we would never give it out to anyone to try out on current hardware. (Because it wouldn't work very well.)
So the short answer to your question is, no, not anymore.
Sorry about that!
