Boot from redirect floppy,can't find the redirect cdrom

I download the "Intel_AMT_Developer_Tool_Kit_v0.37.exe",
andconnect to a AMT supported machine,

Use the redirect floppy image boot,and enter into the dos system,
buti can't find the CD device.
The image is ms-dos7.01 with cd-rom driver and working fine my local Virtual PC.

is it CD or DVD ?
is it ATAPI or SATA ?
is the system with RAID mirror setup ?

had the similar problem and few months ago...

my local computer it's standard ATAPI 'sCD-ROM, no any RAID mirror setup
i do only test it.
i use the WinImage software write the dos image to a floppy disk,
and it's work fine my computer

The amt supported computer 's mainboard is DQ965GF

i use the image boot(through SOL and IDER) the amt supported computer,
and can findamt supported computer's hard disk,
why can find my local pc 's CD-ROM(through IDER)

If you have a SATA DVD/CD-ROM around, you could check if you have the same problem as with ATAPI CD-ROM. If positive I would suggest you to report this as a bug to your BIOS provider.
