Excel add-in calling a dll fortran

I've developed an xll in VS2017, which is launched as Excel add-in and call dynamic link library developed in VS2010.

When I run the xll from VS2017 environments all works fine and so it does if I add my add-in to the Excel Add-ins at the first time. However when I close the Excel and reopen it and run again my add-in already added to Excel, I get the strange message:

"Unable to load DLL. The specified module could not be found. HRESULT:0x8007007E"

I have no idea about the cause ad ask You if can give any hint.
