IOATDMA module problem

Hi,

We have a server (specifications are attached to the post) with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and we want to use the DMA engine.

When we try to see if there are DMA channels under /sys/class/dma, there was nothing in the directory if the Linux kernel was 5.4.0.53-generic, if the kernel is 5.4.0-42-generic we can see the DMA channels.

The question is if there any version of the Linux kernel that we can't use?
