Hi,
Again, our team got another issue about unprovisioning. Now, we need unprovision AMT 3.0 to Enterprise Factory Mode (Pre state). However, we cannot make it, and we can only unprovision it to Setup mode (In state). Hope the one who got the similar issue and yet found the solution, can help on this. Thanks.
Environment:
WeyBridge machine: Intel Q35 SDP (with EFI BIOS)
BIOS: J0Q3510J-86A-0954-2008-0922-2331
I cannot get the support to this SDP, because it has been discountinued.
Thanks
David

Please try a CMOS reset: unplug the power cord, remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard, wait 20 seconds, replace the CMOS batter, plug in the power cord. Then bring up system and check MEBx settings.
This should restore AMT to factory settings.

Hi David - if just clearing the CMOS doesn't work (it does on most systems) you might want to take a look at this Blog - we have had a similar question before pertaining to the EFI BIOS. This blog describes how to get the AMT System having an EFI BIOS into maintenance mode which *I think* is the only way to reset the password, which may also be what you need for the full unprovision.
Let us know if any of our suggestions help.
