Manageability Developer ToolKit 7.0.12102.2 fixed IMR_RES_SOCKET_ERROR for MPS

Was found error in Manageability Commander v.7.x (7.0.11161.2 and 7.0.12102.2 at least) when working through MPS - getting error IMR_RES_SOCKET_ERRORwhen trying "Take Control".

The problem was discovered in the structure TCPSessionParamsEx- fieldversionmust be 2,field user_domainshould not be.
