Dispatching events in open webrtc toolkit

Hello developers, I am implementing video conferencing through Intel OWT. I am not getting any solution on how to dispatch any custom OWT Participant Event or any other type of event in order to fulfil my functionality of removing another participant from the conference. Kindly help me with some solution.
