Hardware mixing doesnt utilize gpu, version 4.0.1.

Hi Intel.

I have got a problem with hardware accelerated mixing of conference streams.
During mixing of single pair of streams video-agent utilizes 20% of cpu.
Same cpu usage occurs with property hardwareAccelerated set to false.
Intel_gpu_top shows no usage of graphic card. 
I`ve initialized application with --deps --hardware flags and everything looks ok.

My config:
Intel core i7-6700 with intel HD Graphics 530
Centos 7.3.1611
MediaServerStudioEssentials2017R3
ConferenceServer 4.0.1

According to your log info, it seems that client uses vp8 codec, while hardware acceleration feature currently only work for h264 codec, please set client side video codec to h264 and have a try.

H264 seems to work ok, now  cpu have utilization  at 5-6%.
