Invalid stream_id when calling getRegion()

Hi, we have issue : sometimes when we call getRegion() func after we receive new stream we have error: "Invalid input stream_id." For a moment we fix this issue with retry mechanism , but maybe there better way? 

MCU ver: 3.5.2
