Unable to call sip user from conference server

As we tried a lot we are unable to call sip user inside from mcu conference server, Calling option only working from intel cs sip-gateway only, Now mcu conference server has only option to register a sip user, please provide a solution to call a sip user from mcu conference server and make the user join in conference.

Unfortunately we doesn't support MCU call sip user now.
