When a mobile client connects, cpu usage increases.

- Receive each stream without using mixing.

# Question 1) After setting maxbitrate on mobile, when subscribing on pc, option does not work.

# Question 2) When a mobile client connects, mcu cpu usage increases.
"./erizoJS.js" pid increases.
Is there a way to prevent this?
