I had just opened the other day an account and was given user name u162726.

I had created a few files under that name.

However, today I login with my usual credentials and get put into account under

another user name, where I don't see my files, or any of the oneAPI tools and

software available under the original u162726.

Is there some maintenance going on and is it possible to have my account restored?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have informed the Intel DevCloud admin team about this and will get back to you with an update soon.

Unfortunately, the issue was caused by a bug at our side and remediation action has been taken to make sure it does not happen.

Our Intel DevCloud admin team informed us that account files got swapped over during a migration process that happened recently. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and for not providing notification regarding the migration beforehand.


Your files have been restored. Kindly confirm if they are accessible. If yes, do let us know so that we can stop monitoring this thread.

The issue has been resolved indeed and I was able to use my files and account!
