DevCloud account provisioning error

Hi,

I can’t access any of the DevCloud features because they all prompt me to provision my account and clicking the button sends me to the attached error message “There is already an Intel Developer Cloud account associated with this email.”

Is there a way to fix this? Clearing browser history/data, incognito and creating a different email account have not worked.

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities. We would like to get some information to triage your issue further. Please answer our below questions:

  1. Your oneAPI DevCloud user-id
  2. Could you please check whether your DevCloud account is expired or not? You could sign in to this page(https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/get_started/) and check your devcloud expiry date in the top right corner?
  3. Are you trying to create a new account post account-deactivation?
  4. Are you able to access Jupyter Notebooks? Please click on the given link(https://jupyter.oneapi.devcloud.intel.com/hub/login?next=/lab/tree/Welcome.ipynb?reset)

Alekhya

1. How do I check or request my ID? I’m signing in with my email.

2.  The get started page prompts me to enroll then to provision again which fails so I cannot check my expiration.

3. My account expired and I was trying to reactivate it.

4. This page also ask me to enroll, then provision which doesn’t work.

Thank you

Hi,

As you're trying to reactivate your expired account, could you please give us your email address with which you registered previously?

We also suggest you to create a new email address and try enrolling to Intel DevCloud for oneAPI with that email address. Please let us know if the issue still persists.

The email I used is arnold264@gmail.com

I did attempt to create an account with a new email but got the same result. I still get the same page and prompts to provision.  Please advise.

Dear Intel developers,

I have the same problem as @Calstatla.

Everytime after going to the page https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/ or https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/welcome/ I have to enroll, what I already did and I am linked to complete provisioning. After clicking the link the page (like this image)

I get to this site like this:

Thanks for helping!
