Error when selecting an FPGA node

Encountered this error when requesting a Strat10 node for an interactive session. (Screen shot attached). Is this simply because a node wasn't available at the time or is something else wrong? I am just trying to access the CCIP files (ccip_std_afu and ccip_interface_reg) in the OPAE/samples/hw directory to make sure our AFU is interacting correctly with them when synthesizing the build. Is there any other way I could access those files?
