I've successfully completed the course as well as paid the certification fee. However, I have not received any feedback or email indicator about how to retrieve my certification.

This issue has not been resolved yet!
Where we are now? I do not receive any confirmation email to claim the badge from either your team or Credly.

By the way, attached is the previous request thread I posted.
It states some info about the post. We can see that the customer priority is 'low'.
Is this a misunderstanding or some kind of joke?
In addition, the process to retrieve the badge can definitely be improved. The course is great. Accomplishment in this certification course should be a wonderful experience, not frustration due to this issue.
