I am getting the error while creating DevCloud account - Intel® Developer Cloud Account Activation

Hi Team,

I am getting the below error while creating DevCloud account and it's redirecting to Intel® Developer Cloud Account Activation page:

Error Message:

The data associated with your account request appears to be invalid. Please refresh this page, as that may resolve this issue. If this error persists, please contact our support team.

Whenever I open the Intel DevCloud url - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/forms/devcloud-enrollment/account-provisioning.html, it is saying I am already enrolled.

Please help me ASAP

It is redirecting to below page and it is keep on saying -

You are already enrolled in the Intel® Developer Cloud

Click here to complete provisioning your account

once I click complete provisioing your account url, it is redirecting to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/devcloud/overview.html

But, I am not able to access the below url - https://notebooks.edge.devcloud.intel.com/hub/login?next=/lab/tree/Reference-samples/iot-devcloud/openvino-dev-latest/developer-samples/python/people-counter-python/people_counter.ipynb

or
