I have the exact same problem on DevCloud for oneAPI.

How do I send a private message on this platform?

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

There is an alternate work around for the issue. You can use a different email id and sign in.

Could you please try to create a new account with a different mail-id here:

https://software.intel.com/devcloud/oneapi

Also can you please confirm whether we can go forward and close this case?

If this resolves your issue, make sure to accept this as a solution. This would help others with similar issue.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for posting in Intel Communities.

To assist you further, we need your userid. You can share the userID of your Intel DevCloud account privately as a reply to the message we sent you privately.

You can get the userID from the top right corner next to the sign out button after logging into Intel DevCloud from the link below:

https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/

Thanks

Hi,

Sorry to inform you that we are not able to find any Devcloud account associated with your email ID. Which means DevCloud never got the call from Azure to "create an account". Since DevCloud will not be able debug anything here, We suggest you to file a bug with Intel IT/Azure to debug it.

Intel IT can clear the block with "invalid data". Here is a faq/contact URL to file the issue :

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/azure-sign-in-faq.html

Note : contact info to file issue is at the bottom of the page

Hi Rahila!

Thanks a lot for your help!

This issue seems to get a bit more complicated than the amount of effort I am willing to put towards it.
I just wanted to see if intel dev cloud could be useful for us and also use it in a forthcoming training I registered for ("SYCL Essentials – oneAPI Introduction"). I think I'll just listen to the theory parts of the training and just skip the practical parts where an intel dev cloud account would be needed. And maybe try intel dev cloud some time later, hoping the issues will have been ironed out.
