Unable to install python distribution to offline machine

Hello,

I'm trying to install the most recent beta python for windows distribution (2017.0.0.18) on my development machine Win 8 (6.3 build 9600). After unzipping, ask for installation type and after next it shows the window "Error: package signature verification failed. Click Help for details"

Just in case I added the 'AddTrust External CA Root' certificate and the 'QuoVadis Root Certification Authority' certificate as I found on the help page, but it's still unable to install.

Do you have an option for offline installation?
