please help to uninstall in the server thanks

it only allow transfer and do not allow delete or uninstall or unsubscribe

I had a hard tie understanding what is the basic tool or application to download for learning basic stuff.

I feel overwhelmed with so many technical jargon for developing tool from openvino which is the right one and getting start guides also very advance for me to follow. please provide simpler guides. Thanks.

If you've downloaded OpenVINO on your system from here, follow the instructions listed here to get started with the OpenVINO Toolkit - at the end of the installation guide there are steps to get started and run a sample program.
