Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can use HETERO plugin when running Benchmark App on aarch64 platform as long as Open Source OpenVINO™ has been successfully built.

In a meanwhile, I would like to highlight two points here:

• The pre-built OpenVINO™ package is validated and supported for 32-bit Raspbian OS only.
• OpenVINO™ ARM CPU plugin is not included in the openvino GitHub repository. It is available as a module inside openvino_contrib GitHub repository. You have to build OpenVINO™ ARM CPU Plugin from source code also if you want to load model to CPU plugin.
