Can I use gpu acceleration on the HD 400 Graphics on the Intel® Atom ™ x5-Z8350 Processor?

Can I use gpu acceleration on the HD 400 Graphics on the Intel® Atom ™ x5-Z8350 Processor?
For example, I want to run OpenVINO on the following products:

1. https://click.intel.com/aaeon-up-board.html
2. http://www.lattepanda.com/products/3.html

I bought OpenVINO in Window10 environment (http://www.lattepanda.com/products/3.html), but CPU mode works well and GPU mode does not work.

Are you sure it is an HD400 GPU?  If HD400, sorry probably not going to work. HD5xx or higher seem to work well as we found in other threads in this forum.

Just to make sure could you please provide clinfo output?
