Can Inference Engine be used without installing Visual Studio?

Hi,

To deploy our app with inference engine in some device, IR or some other development tools are not required.

Installing VS is tooo heavy for our client's device. Is there a way to install ie only without vs? I cannot find any document about this.

Yes, it can be used. Visual Studio is only needed by software engineers that develop the inference application.

I believe this is not necessary provided you ship all necessary OpenVino libraries together with your application binaries so that dependencies are met. I am not sure what kind of documentation you are looking for. Could you possibly elaborate?
