Can not download googlenet-v4 OpenVINO 2020.R1

I updated my OpenVINO to 2020.R1

Seems, I can not download googlenet-v4

This seems like an URL issue and we will report this to the concerned team.

You can download the googlenet-v4 TF model and convert to IR using Model Optimizer.
