Can't get download link for OpenVINO

I fill in the form that states register and download and all I get is Form Successfully submitted. Check email for over a day, no download link. What gives?  So I tried with two different emails Nothing.

I have exactly the same problem - cannot download OpenVino from https://software.seek.intel.com/openvino-toolkit , even after registration :/
