Cannot launch cvat on local server

Hello! I have installed the latest version of cvat, it launches, but shows the following error. I tried to launch v2.2.0, v.2.1.0 (error in the screen from this version) and latest (it couldn't even display this page). I tried to overcome this issue from this girhub issues: https://github.com/opencv/cvat/issues/4322, https://github.com/opencv/cvat/issues/4676, but nothing helped.

OS: Ubuntu 20

For your information, CVAT is not a part of the OpenVINO™ Toolkit. The CVAT tool is now under the umbrella of OpenCV. We suggest you post your question regarding your issue on the CVAT community for further support. You can also find more options to reach out to them in the Contact Us section. Hope this helps.
