Cannot resolve proxy

Cannot resolve proxy

When I try the quick start for the movidius drive, I get "cannot resolve proxy: proxy-chain.intel.com" when I run the following step:

git clone https://github.com/movidius/ncsdk.git

Anyone have an idea of how to resolve this?
