Hi, I would like to define and use a constant value in my tf graph. How do I do that? I keep getting either "[Error 5] Toolkit Error: Stage Details Not Supported: Top Not Supported - Constants Reshape_1/tensor" or "[Error 5] Toolkit Error: Stage Details Not Supported: Top Not Supported - Constants Const"

@mumes Hi, I'd like to help you troubleshoot this issue by reproducing this issue on my setup. Can you provide a sample network and reproduction steps for me to test and debug with?
