Exception Triggered when load CPU plugin

Hello,

I have faced an issue with my custom application build that uses OpenVivo libraries. The application pops an exception when I try to set the CPU plugin.

auto plugin = PluginDispatcher({L""}).getPluginByDevice("CPU");

I am using MSVC 2017 64bit with Qt 5.11.1 in a Windows 10 machine.
