Exception occurred during running replacer "REPLACEMENT_ID"/TF BiT model conversion

I have issues while converting  TF2 BiT model downloaded from tensorflow hub to IR files. Tensorflow frozen graphs seems to be working fine but BiT model directly downloaded from tf hub comes with saved model .pb file and variables and asset folder.

Below is my environment:

OS: Both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20

Python Version : 3.8

TF version : 2.0

Openvino Version : openvino_2021.1.110

Please help to cross check whether your model/topology is supported by Openvino: https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/openvino_docs_MO_DG_prepare_model_convert_model_Convert_Model_From_TensorFlow.html

Only the listed are supported.
