Failed to install: intel-openvino-runtime-ubuntu20-2021.4.582

Very nice morning sir.

ERROR - Failed to install: intel-openvino-runtime-ubuntu20-2021.4.582

When i extracted the package intel-openvino-gstreamer-rt-ubuntu-focal-2021.4.582_2021.4-582_amd64.deb 

and rebuilt the package using  "sudo dpkg-deb --build --root-owner-group out"

"sudo dpkg -i out.deb" it successfully installs the gstreamer package.

Is there any issue with the generated package of intel-openvino-gstreamer-rt-ubuntu-focal-2021.4.582_2021.4-582_amd64.deb

Attached the install log files. Please advice.

For your information, I encountered the same error as you when installing intel-openvino-runtime-ubuntu20-2021.4.582.

However, I have successfully installed intel-openvino-runtime-ubuntu20-2021.4.689. I recommend you install intel-openvino-runtime-ubuntu20-2021.4.689 for new capabilities and performance improvements.
