Is there a way to see the source code of mvNCCompile.pyc?

@hide, @youngluoyang, The python source code for mvNCCompile (and the other tools) is provided with the [1.09.00 release of the ncsdk](www.github.com/movidius/ncsdk). After you install, look for a file named mvNCCompile.py. Neal

@hide, @youngluoyang, you'll find mvNCCompile.py, mvNCProfile.py and mvNCCheck.py in /opt/movidius/NCSDK/ncsdk-x86_64/tk and /opt/movidius/NCSDK/ncsdk-armv71/tk.
