Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Linux download error

I have been struggling to download the OpenVino toolkit for linux for 2 days.

Once i click either the customizable or full package option, its starts downloading, then after about 3 seconds, it stops with a message "Failed -Network error". I have tried downloading in different browsers and operating systems....i get the same results.

Whats going on......need help
