Make a custom model for Open Vino classification on raspberry implementation

recently I try to implement OpenVINO on Raspberry + Intel Movidious with this tutorial, but for the object detection there just use a pre-trained model, If you know, please tell me how to make a custom model that can be used with this OpenVINO tutorial. Thank you very much
