NCSDK vs. Open VINO Toolkit

I'm just getting started with the Neural Compute Stick. My understanding is that you can use either the NCSDK or the Open VINO Toolkit to compile models to a graph that will work with the compute stick. Is that correct? If so, which is the preferred method to use?

The info provided with the NCS2 indicates that you should use the Open VINO Toolkit. Is it the same if you are using the NCS1?

Hi @marno1d ,

Yes if you are just getting started with the original NCS or NCS2 you should work with the OpenVINO Toolkit.

Thanks,

Neal
