-d GPU option doesn't specify which GPU if have both internal intel GPU as well as Nvidia external GPU. how can i choose to run inferencing on NVidia external gpu?
OpenVINO™ toolkit only support Intel® Integrated Graphics which require the installation of Intel Graphics Driver in order to use GPU plugin in OpenVINO™ toolkit. Hence, OpenVINO™ toolkit is unable to inferred on internal and external Nvidia GPU.
