OpenVINO compatability with Celeron J1900 ?

Anyone know if OpenVINO's accelerator is compatible with Celeron J1900? On https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/OpenVINO-InferEngine#intel-cpu-plugin Celeron doesn't seem to be mentioned. Does that mean running OpenVINO on a Celeron yields no speed benefit?
