OpenVino 2019 R1.1 download build versions inconsistency and availability

For the current release of OpenVino 2019 R1.1 the build versions (allowed to download for me) are:

 - Linux x86_64 - 2019.1.144 (downloadable)

 - Raspberry Linux armv7 - 2019.1.144 (downloadable)

 - Windows - 2019 1.148 (not downloadable now - ff browser reports 404). A week ago (MAY 20) a win version 2019.1.133 was available and downloadable.

So what are the actual versions for each OpenVino bundle noted as 2019R1.1? And why they can't be downloaded?

Finally after several retries I was able to download Windows version 2019 1.148.

Remaining issues are 144 (Linux x86_64 + Raspberry) vs 148 (Windows).
