Openvino 2.0 API - Rust Bindings

Rust has become very popular programming language in the current trend. Openvino support for rust binding 2.0 was not released yet. Will there be any possibility for releasing it soon from Inter corporation.

Currently, OpenVINO™ does not support Rust bindings officially.
