Performance Table: Permission Denied

Many of the pretrained models link to a "performance table" e.g.  https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/2019_R1/_person_detection_retail_0013_description_person_detection_retail_0013.html 
Has a link to https://software.intel.com/en-us/openvino-toolkit/benchmarks?_ga=2.230368732.1781021844.1559625660-2058114544.1556334971
But if I click on this I get "permission denied"
