Performance numbers for GT4e

Hello - We have a mini PC with the following configuration:

CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6350HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz

GT4e @0.95GHz GPU 

Memory: 8GB & Storage: SSD

DDR4 2133MHz.

When running mobile-ssd topology, clDNN FP16 can we expect the same performance numbers as published for the following HW?

NUC6i7KYB (fps) - Ubuntu 16.04

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6770HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz fixed

GPU GT4e @ 0.95GHz fixed

DDR4 /2133MHz

Does it make sense to compare performance numbers across these two HW configurations? GPU is same, but CPUs are different.
