Spawn failed: Timeout

I'm getting the same `Spawn failed: Timeout` error as https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/Spawn-failed-Timeout/td-p/1279425

 

Not sure how it was resolved by OP of the post though. The ID is u80409. Thank you for your help!

This has been resolved when I tried to restart the server today.
