Unable to download OpenVINO

I'm unable to download this for any flavor of OS. 

I have tried selecting Linux and MacOS both from the following page: https://software.seek.intel.com/openvino-toolkit

Once I fill out the information and select "Register and Download" I get the following error:

I have tried 3 different browsers and all of them yield the same result. I have also tried accessing at this link (as referenced in another post) but it redirects to the same as the link at the top of this post. https://software.intel.com/en-us/openvino-toolkit/choose-download

It appears to be a system issue, so I'm curious are there alternative (direct) downloads for the software instead of relying on this?
