Hello..
If I use Movidius with Tegra K1 will I be able to run YOLO V5 on it? Or will the Movidius stick improve the GPU processing power of TK1 in general or is it not recommended?

Hi Buttontech,
Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2 is to be used with OpenVINO™ toolkit. And, OpenVINO™ toolkit is only allowed to run in Intel Platform which are Intel® CPU, Intel® Processor Graphics (GPU), Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2, and Intel® Vision Accelerator Design with Intel® Movidius™ VPUs.
Furthermore, YOLOv5 is currently not an officially supported topology by the OpenVINO™ toolkit nor has it been validated by us.
Next, OpenVINO™ toolkit introduced MYRIAD plugin which allows inferencing of neural networks on Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2. As such, it won’t improve the GPU processing power of Tegra K1 with the use of Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2.
Regards,
Peh

Hi Buttontech,
This thread will no longer be monitored since we have provided a solution. If you need any additional information from Intel, please submit a new question.
