Hello, is it possible to automatically install OpenVINO on Linux without requiring user interaction, with predefined choices ?

This is useful for production purposes.

We recommend you to check the OpenVINO Deployment Manager Guide here. Please let us know if this guide helped you or if you need a script to install the full version of OpenVINO.
