benchmark: HDDL

Hi,

I am using openvino(2019.3.379) sample app  and it returns error below but -d CPU or -d GPU can work.

 benchmark_app –d HDDL –m face-detection-retail-0004.xml -i cam -niter 100

 Result:[ ERROR ] _client->loadGraph(_graph, networkName, graphFileContent.data(), graphFileContent.size(), config) failed: HDDL_RESOURCE_BUSY

Hi Kent, 

Could you share the name of the HDDL device that you are using? Additionally, did you complete the additional Installation Steps for the Intel Vision Accelerator Design with Intel Movidius VPUs?
