Hi Yufei,
I was able to successfully run the Deep Learning Workbench locally on Docker Desktop in Windows 10.
Which OS are you using? Are you running the DL Workbench in the Intel® DevCloud for the Edge?
Regards,
Hairul

On my end I observe and reproduce this issue in DevCloud for the Edge only, standalone version doesn't have this problem.

I'm running the DL Workbench in the Intel® DevCloud for the Edge, not the docker.
