error when pip install numpy ( Install packages into your OpenVINO environment "raspberry pi4" )

I want install packages into OpenVINO environment in my raspberry pi4 but when i install pip numpy i got error like this ( capture ), and im using python 3.7.3

" note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
ERROR: Failed building wheel for numpy
Failed to build numpy
ERROR: Could not build wheels for numpy, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects "

Could you please share the following information with us for further investigation?

·      Which version of the OpenVINO™ toolkit are you using?

·      Steps to reproduce the error

 

For your information, I encountered an error when installing the OpenVINO™ runtime package with PyPI. Therefore, I recommend you install the OpenVINO™ toolkit 2021.4.2 for Raspbian Operating System as shown here.
