how to inference by int8?

It's amazing that OPENVIVN inferences (classification and detection) with persion of int8. Is it  fit to calibrate a model of metrix learning?  I have trained the model as classifcation problem. but in my application, I just only need to get the feature, not to classify directly.  if it's fit, I just only do it as that the documentation says?
