terminal bug while inferencing an intel model locally

please I get the following error while trying to do inference on my computer locally using openvino 2020

with a computer with windows 10 with 64bits

This error being thrown when fps counter for your video has non-positive value.

Would you please test your video and the model with one of Inference Engine demos validated, for example, Pedestrian Tracker demo https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/_demos_pedestrian_tracker_demo_README.html

If it works, then something's wrong with your surveillance custom application. If this does not work, then the issue is with the video sample you are using.
