1.activate ncs_environment:install C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\openvino_2021.2.185\inference_engine\external\MovidiusDriver\Movidius_VSC_Devide,inf

2.test toolkit for cpu : it's ok.
admin dos ->C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\openvino_2021.2.185\deployment_tools\demo>demo_security_barrier_camera.bat

3.test toolkit for ncs2 : have bug.
admin dos->C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\openvino_2021.2.185\deployment_tools\demo>demo_security_barrier_camera.bat -d MYRIAD
